Kerala's IT parks
LowLightKing builds video for IT and SaaS companies in Kerala's four IT parks and three cities, by mapping each asset to a pipeline stage, specifying how it is measured, and verifying the signal at handover.
Seven places, one crew base.
Kerala's software industry works out of three government IT parks and one joint venture, across three cities. Technopark runs five campuses at Thiruvananthapuram and Kollam, Infopark runs three at Kochi, Koratty and Cherthala, and Cyberpark runs one at Kozhikode. SmartCity Kochi sits beside Infopark under separate ownership.
The firms inside them sell to buyers in the US, UK, EU and Gulf who will not visit, and the shortlist is settled before anyone books a call. Crews are based in Ernakulam, fifteen minutes from Infopark, and travel to the other two parks on scheduled days that are grouped where more than one client books the same window.

The four parks
One page each, carrying the campus, the crew base, the travel and how a shoot day is scheduled there.
The three cities
The same seven places read the other way, for a reader weighing a city rather than a campus.
Figures in brackets are unconfirmed. A market figure is not a measurement, and none of these is a claim about what a video did — see what we don't claim.
The market, sourced
Software exports from the three IT parks the state runs, as each park reported them to the Kerala State Planning Board. There is no row for Kerala as a whole, because no government publication states one and adding these three would be our arithmetic rather than anybody's figure.
SmartCity Kochi is not in this row because it is counted by a different office. It is a joint venture rather than a state IT park, so it files no return to the Economic Review — but it is a notified Special Economic Zone, and the Development Commissioner for the Cochin SEZ publishes its units, employment and exports. Those figures are on the SmartCity page, dated to their own year rather than folded into this one.
Works with the CRM you already run
We recommend. You buy and configure. Licences are billed to you, never resold. We never propose a migration.
| CRM | Tracking path | Native connector | Bridge needed | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Zoho CRM | Wistia or Vidyard → Zoho Flow → lead and contact records | No | Zoho Flow or Zapier | Verified |
| HubSpot | Vidyard native; Wistia via Media Bridge | Yes | None | Verified |
| Salesforce | Vidyard from AppExchange; Wistia supported | Yes | None | Verified |
| Freshsales | Zapier or API only | No | Zapier | Verified |
Three levels. We specify, you configure.
Every prospect is placed at one level at discovery, and we scope only what your stack can consume. We write the tracking spec by naming the host, the events, the thresholds and the field each one lands in, and we verify it once at handover. You configure your own CRM. We never hold admin credentials.
| Level | You see what was watched M0 | Your reps know who watched M1 | Your CRM acts on it M2 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your stack needs | Nothing | Any CRM with sales seats, plus Apollo, Outreach or Salesloft | HubSpot Marketing Hub Pro or Enterprise, Salesforce with Pardot, or Zoho CRM with Zoho Marketing Automation |
| We specify | Where assets are hosted; the monthly view and retention report format | Which events fire, thresholds, naming convention, embed method, the rep-alert rule | Heatmap placement, lead-score weightings, workflow enrolment conditions, contact-record mapping |
| You configure | Nothing | The connector and the alert rule | Scoring, workflows, reporting |
| Recommended tool | Your existing host | Vidyard, Plus USD 19 or Business USD 59 per seat per month, billed to you | Wistia, Pro USD 79 or Advanced USD 319 per month, billed to you |
| The honest claim | You will see what got watched. | Your reps will know which prospects watched, and how far. | Video viewing can move lead scores and trigger sales tasks. |
| Commercial treatment | Included in every retainer | Measurement Blueprint, one-time | Measurement Blueprint, one-time |
YouTube and Vimeo pass nothing to a CRM. They are for reach and portfolio, not for tracking, and we will say so plainly if you assume otherwise.
Who this is built for
The retainer maps an asset to a stage of a pipeline and specifies where its view data lands. That work needs a pipeline with stages and a CRM to land in, so the companies it fits are the ones already running both. A company with neither starts at the audit.
Company size
50 to 300 people, selling to buyers in the US, UK, EU and Gulf
Runs a CRM

We do not sell a film on its own.
No weddings.
No events-company work.
No social media management.
No general digital marketing.
No consumer photography.
No hourly or gear day rates.
No deliverable-only quote.
No CRM implementation or administration.
What you will get instead: the stage each asset serves, the buying centre that pays for it, and the level your stack supports, all three stated before you sign.
Every asset carries a stage before it is built
Twenty assets, each one mapped to a stage of the pipeline, the buying centre whose budget pays for it and the level it is measured at. The catalogue lists all of them in one place, which is why this page does not.
Working across Kerala, answered plainly
Do you only work with companies at Infopark?
No. Crews are based in Ernakulam, fifteen minutes from Infopark, and travel to Technopark and Cyberpark on scheduled shoot days. Where more than one client in the same park books the same window, the day is shared and the travel is not charged twice. The park pages carry the logistics for each campus.
We are in Kozhikode. Does the crew travel?
Yes, from Kochi. Shoot days there are scheduled rather than booked ad hoc, because the crew travels, and they are grouped where more than one client is in the park. The travel is priced once, as one round trip, and it is quoted before the day is booked.
Do we need a CRM before you will work with us?
Not for M0, which needs nothing from your stack. M1 needs a CRM with sales seats. M2 needs HubSpot Marketing Hub Pro or Enterprise, Salesforce with Pardot, or Zoho CRM with Zoho Marketing Automation. We specify the tracking and verify it once at handover. We do not implement or administer a CRM.
Which page should we read, the city or the park?
The park page carries the campus logistics, the crew base and the travel. The city page carries both parks where a city has two, which is Kochi. A company at Infopark wants the Infopark page; a company weighing Kochi against Thiruvananthapuram wants the two city pages.
