Onboarding and training library
An onboarding and training library is a set of short internal assets covering a company’s delivery model, tooling and client rules, built for the delivery lead and measured at completion inside the learning management system the company already runs.
The specification
Takes the repetition out of onboarding. Bracketed values are set against your own plan at the audit.

The pressure it answers
Every new engineer is walked through the same delivery model, the same tooling and the same client rules by a senior who has better things to do. The walkthrough is different every time, depends on who gave it, and is repeated in full the next month. The people best placed to explain the work are the people whose time it is most expensive to spend on explaining it.
A training library is bought to recover senior time, and that is the number it is judged on. We scope it against the walkthrough that is currently being given in person, build it as a set of short modules rather than one long film, and deliver it into the learning management system you already run.
Measurement is different here, deliberately. Internal assets are measured at completion, not at attribution, because nobody outside the company ever sees them and a pipeline claim would be borrowed from a funnel they do not touch.
The number of modules, the runtime and the crew model are bracketed above because they are scoped against a company’s own delivery model at the audit, and nothing here guesses at them.
What ships
Every asset delivers to the same convention, whichever tier it is built under. Masters are kept 90 days and Frame.io is the only review surface.

How it is measured
We specify the tracking and verify it once at handover. You configure your own CRM. We never hold admin credentials.
Completion in the LMS you already run. The M0, M1 and M2 ladder describes what a CRM can consume, and an internal asset never reaches one, so borrowing a level here would be borrowing a number that does not apply.
Completion in your LMS is not attribution. It reports that somebody finished the module, and nothing about what changed in their work afterwards.
What this asset does not do.
No revenue or productivity figure is attributed to this library.
No claim that it reduces onboarding time by a named number of days.
No attribution in a CRM — internal assets are measured at completion, not influence.

This asset is scoped against your own plan at the audit and quoted there. A rate for one asset without the set it belongs to is a number with nothing behind it, which is why the Measurement Blueprint is quoted the same way rather than listed.
Onboarding and training library, answered plainly
What is an onboarding and training library?
An onboarding and training library is a set of short internal assets covering a company’s delivery model, tooling and client rules, built for the delivery lead and measured at completion inside the learning management system the company already runs. It replaces a walkthrough that is currently given in person, repeatedly.
Who buys an onboarding and training library?
Operations or the delivery lead buys it, because the time it recovers is theirs. It is the one route on this site where the budget holder is neither marketing, sales nor HR, and where the number being moved is internal rather than commercial.
How is an onboarding and training library measured?
An onboarding and training library is measured at completion in the learning management system the company already runs, not as attribution in a CRM. Completion is the honest number for internal work, and LowLightKing does not claim a pipeline effect for an asset nobody outside the company sees.
Why is internal training not measured at M0, M1 or M2?
The M0, M1 and M2 ladder describes what a CRM can consume, and an internal training asset never reaches a CRM. Scaling assets are measured where they are actually watched, which is the learning management system, at completion. Using an M-level here would be borrowing a number that does not apply.
