The pressure it answers
Your reps send sequences into the right accounts and the reply rate does not move. The email is read on a phone, between meetings, by somebody who has had four of the same email that week. A paragraph of text asking for thirty minutes is competing with every other paragraph of text asking for thirty minutes.
An outbound explainer earns its place at Stage 0, where a prospect has agreed to nothing and owes you no attention. We write it to the problem rather than to the product, record it remotely so no shoot day is spent, and cut the pillar and its three derivatives from the same build.
The asset then goes onto the host your level requires, with the events, the thresholds and the naming convention the Measurement Blueprint specifies, so the rep who sent the sequence can see who watched and how far before the follow-up goes out. You configure the connector and the alert rule. We never hold admin credentials.
Every pillar asset yields 16:9, 1:1 and 9:16 cutdowns. They are derivatives of a business asset, never a social-content retainer.
What ships
Every asset delivers to the same convention, whichever tier it is built under. Masters are kept 90 days and Frame.io is the only review surface.

How it is measured
We specify the tracking and verify it once at handover. You configure your own CRM. We never hold admin credentials.
| Level | What you get | We specify | You configure |
|---|---|---|---|
| M1 | Your reps know who watched | We specify which events fire, the thresholds, the naming convention, the embed method and the rep-alert rule. | You configure the connector and the alert rule. Measurement Blueprint, one-time. |
An outbound explainer reports who opened the page and how far they watched. It does not report why they replied, and no reply is attributed to it.
What this asset does not do.
No reply-rate figure is attributed to this asset.
No claim that a prospect who watches to the end intends to buy.
No promise that it replaces the sequence it sits inside.
What you pay
Quoted at the audit

This asset is scoped against your own plan at the audit and quoted there. A rate for one asset without the set it belongs to is a number with nothing behind it, which is why the Measurement Blueprint is quoted the same way rather than listed.
Outbound explainer for email, answered plainly
What is an outbound explainer?
An outbound explainer is a 60–90 second asset embedded in a cold email sequence, built for the sales team, that states the problem a prospect already has before it names the company solving it. LowLightKing builds it against Stage 0 of the pipeline, and specifies how the viewing reaches the sequencing tool the reps already run.
Who buys an outbound explainer?
Sales owns the outbound explainer, because the number it moves is the reply rate on a sequence the sales team already runs. Marketing is usually consulted on the script and rarely pays for it. The asset is scoped against the sequence, not against a campaign.
How is an outbound explainer measured?
An outbound explainer is measured at M1, which means your reps know who watched and how far. LowLightKing specifies which events fire, the thresholds, the naming convention, the embed method and the rep-alert rule. You configure the connector into Apollo, Outreach or Salesloft, and the alert rule inside it.
How long does an outbound explainer take to build?
An outbound explainer is scoped at the audit and built inside the retainer, alongside the other assets that month. It is a remote build with no shoot day, which is why it is one of the two assets a company can start with in its first month rather than waiting on a crew calendar.
