The pressure it answers

A job posting for a senior role attracts volume and not fit, because a posting is a list of requirements and every company’s list reads the same. The candidate who would be right for the role screens it out in eight seconds alongside forty others. The work that would have persuaded them is the part the posting has no room for.

A requisition asset is scoped to one job and retired when the job is filled. We write it to the work rather than to the requirements list, build it against the posting it will sit beside, and deliver it inside the retainer so a requisition opening in month two does not need a new conversation about price.

It is measured where hiring is measured. Applicant-tracking systems do not carry video viewing to the candidate record, so the talent funnel is read at the careers page and the application source, and nothing here is scoped as though that were otherwise.

The runtime, the crew model and the price band are bracketed above because they are set against the requisition at the audit, and nothing here guesses at them.

What ships

Every asset delivers to the same convention, whichever tier it is built under. Masters are kept 90 days and Frame.io is the only review surface.

How it is measured

We specify the tracking and verify it once at handover. You configure your own CRM. We never hold admin credentials.

M0 You see what was watched We specify where assets are hosted and the monthly view and retention report format. You configure nothing. Included in every retainer.

Applicant-tracking systems do not carry video viewing to the candidate record. The talent funnel is measured at the careers page and the application source, and we will not imply otherwise.

How the three levels work

What this asset does not do.

No spend-per-hire or time-to-hire figure is attributed to this asset.

No claim that video viewing reaches the candidate record in your applicant-tracking system.

No application count while there is no client data.

This asset is scoped against your own plan at the audit and quoted there. A rate for one asset without the set it belongs to is a number with nothing behind it, which is why the Measurement Blueprint is quoted the same way rather than listed.

Role-specific requisition asset, answered plainly

What is a role-specific requisition asset?

A role-specific requisition asset is a short film built for one open role, describing the work, the team and the first ninety days, published alongside the job posting rather than on the careers page. It is the narrowest asset on the hiring route and the one with the shortest shelf life.

Who buys a role-specific requisition asset?

HR or the talent lead buys it, against a live requisition. Because it is scoped to one role it is usually produced inside a retainer, where a requisition that opens in month two does not need a new procurement conversation.

How is a role-specific requisition asset measured?

A role-specific requisition asset is measured at M0, at the careers page and the application source. Applicant-tracking systems do not carry video viewing to the candidate record, so those two points are the honest ones and LowLightKing will not imply otherwise.

How does a requisition asset differ from an employer branding film?

An employer branding film is about the company and lasts a year. A role-specific requisition asset is about one job and lasts until the job is filled. The two are commissioned together on the hiring route, and the film is always first.
